On Friday May 29th, Saskarc employees participated in the Oxbow Heart Throbs Big Bike Ride to show their support and belief that strength in numbers is the best approach to helping heart disease and stroke patients towards the road to recovery. Saskarc also donated $1000 to the cause. All of the money raised through the Big Bike Ride goes to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, where they’ll use it to develop life-saving treatments that bring hope to heart disease and stroke patients. It is only with the help of each community, big or small, that they can continue to fund this vital research and return more survivors home to their loved ones.
Saskarc looks forward to making this a ritual event in the Oxbow community as it was enjoyed by all.
