On Saturday, April 29th, Saskarc visited a fundraising event held for STARS Air Ambulance at the Oxbow Airport.
Saskarc donated $500 to STARS and has donated on many other instances as a proud supporter of their hard work towards helping our provinces critically ill and injured patients.
STARS is a non-profit air ambulance organization that provides specialized emergency medical care and transportation throughout the province and into Alberta. With their help, many people have overcome terrible accidents and for this, we are all forever grateful.
Saskarc Equipment is pleased to supply STARS with custom designed and manufactured SafeSmart Access platforms which are used to perform safe aircraft repairs and maintenance. The SafeSmart Access platforms allow the technicians to safely work on their equipment without having to wear safety harnesses. The stable handrails and large perforated decks provide less chance of slip, trips and falls, thus reducing risk and allowing for more efficient work to be completed.
